If you like sweet, then I bet you would like these! They're quite sweet and I love the slightly chewy texture. :) I agree, good food and saving money is awesome! Thanks for commenting! :)

Dumpster.....you know thats not good. They threw those things away for a reason. I worked for Winn Dixie and we used to bleach all the stuff that went in the dumpster..... Hope you don't get sick.......

Wow, shame on Winn Dixie. No, I have never gotten sick from anything I have gotten from a dumpster (thanks for your concern). I would notice the smell of bleach, though, and talked to people who work at the places I dumpster dive at. They don't do anything to the produce they throw out... they just throw it out every 3 days due to picky consumers and said they have nothing wrong with me getting it. :)

"a got a box of bananas from the dumpster"
Are you like a freegan or something?

@Evange
Not exactly. I like to dumpster dive... I guess you could call me a canaffordgan. ;) I only buy the things I can afford, but I still want my family to have a great variety of healthy food choices. Dumpster diving is a great way for me to stretch my budget. :)

Why do them in sticks and not slices?

@Evange
I just really love them in stick form - more than slices. :)
