It has already gone viral due to pirating because I had the 50 minute version marked 'no-embedding'. I had the short one up while I was stitching the longer one together, converting to MP4 (faster upload) and then uploading. In that time a lot of copying took place and it was pirated. Most have added an annotation back to my channel or blog. "tmabomb" has already had over 200,000. Combine that with ten other's out there and it has surpassed 500,000

Also, because the media wants only the short version for their articles and newscasts and wanting to have a consent agreement in writing from me, I uploaded the short version again yesterday which is the featured video now on my channel.

One other thing comes to mind as I re-read your comment. I don't even have a contact number for Walsh. I'm just like everyone else having to call his office or sending an email to his .gov email address. Yet, he does have my business card with a direct number and email address on it but he has never called a single time to ask me to do anything with the video or about anything else. We are not that connected. :-)

No one is trying to privatize it, only going after those who uploaded it and re-branded it as THEIR video and not giving any credit back to the source. The original 50 minute video has ALWAYS been available and now with so much interest in only 3 minutes of it, a short version was uploaded last night on my channel.
