Neti Pot

I got this thing in the mail from my mom called a "Neti Pot" and supposedly it has ancient roots. Today I will test this simple form of 'nasal irrigation'. Drewtoothpaste made a comedic video on the same topic, but no sir, this is for your education. Does it work?

When you do it does it go down the back of your throat as well? Coz it does when i do =(

If you don't lean over far enough, it will go down your throat. Also, if your sinuses get inflamed to the degree that mine do, you may not even be able to get the water through your sinus passage. If you have it that bad, don't bother with the neti pot because it won't help.
