Relatively good shot of Indian Peaberry from The Coffee Barun here in Adelaide, South Australia (www.thecoffeebarun.com.au/). One of the most viscous coffees I've ever poured a shot of, if you couldn't tell from the look of the shot at the end of the video.

Machine is an Expobar Minore IV, grinder is a Compak K10, basket is a 22g VST, tamp is a 58.4mm Pullman Nexus.

Enjoy :)

  • What do you mean by texting me? You can inbox me on here if you like? :)

  • Looks Delicious !! (cool tamper)

  • @craigdamico1 Thanks mate :)

  • @TheSTiGUi Yeah, I should spend more time studying too ; ) but there aren't any local roasters : ( so I must roast my own. I've fallen so much more in love with my coffee since. I use a westbend popcorn poppery and I just roast about 8oz. at a time. Next step, getting a better machine and grinder...

  • @gabeslover Ahhh ok. Your profile says you're in the States. Personally, I'd be ordering from Four Barrel (wwwDOTfourbarrelcoffeeDOTcom) and Intelligentsia (wwwDOTintelligentsiacoffeeDOTcom). I've tasted their coffee all the way down here in Australia when people have brought some back from a trip, and it's been great :D

  • can i text you ? ..i have video of my Expobar

  • @gabeslover Awesome! I want to start roasting, but I know it'll take up too much of my time, and I'm still a full time student :P

  • @TheSTiGUi Fun! I'm kinda of a newbie when it comes to espresso. I've always loved coffee, but now that I've started roasting and making my own espresso at home, I'm totally hooked. It's like a science, love it! = ]

  • @gabeslover Not quite, but I'll take that as a complement :) I just love all things coffee. I restore old machines, tweak new machines, and generally enjoy experimenting and learning new things about coffee :) I also interact with some very professional baristas on both a personal and professional level.
