Yikes, people. A few drops of grapefruit and you're ready to turn this mom in for, I dunno, baby-blasphemy? I think it's great to get a variety of interesting flavours into those little mouths nice and early, and maybe they won't be afraid to try new things down the road. (And the baby is super-cute!)

People continue to comment on the fact that it is okay for the baby to have grapefruit because it is healthy. Well, of course, grapefruit is an amazing fruit, healthy, and one of my favorites. However, a 6 month old stomach is not ready for that acidity as it is not as developed. Sure, she lived, but she probably had a hell of a stomach ache that night.
