undoubtedly Lennon was trying to go pop hit. perhaps he heard alot of 70s tunes and said hey they have passed me up harmonically perhaps i wil borrow some of that and use my Lennonism to craft a hit tume. well it worked before ne got shot so i guess he did it. days like these was first. then watching the wheels then woman. last two after he died. 3 minutes of silence world wide never been done for a head of state in history.

How could u say its either entirely a group effort or only john if you wernt even there.

I believe this is the learning procces of Lennon and he maid all the major adustments to HIS song and the studio helped touch it up. It is a group effort but its more John than studio ratio. PEace

This validates what I have been thinking about us writers. We stumble and create, then the people around us and in the studio help us out. And it appears that only one person gets the credit. It's a group effort.
