How to depatch wow from 3.x.x to 2.x.x [TUT]

1.st download this file:

Wich is Wow.exe

2.Go to your world of warcraft folder, such as:
C:/Progam Files/World of warcraft/

3. When the downloading is done, delete the current Wow.exe you got and drag the new one into WoW Directory

...

Lets say you got repair 3.0.0

Your going to need Repair 2.4.3

The 2.4.3 Repair package with US And EU
Download:

When the downloading is done, move the Repair.exe to WoW Directory

Click reset and check files. NOTE: IF YOUR USING VISTA, BE SURE TO RUN IT AS ADMINISTRATOR

4. When the repair is done you can go to realmlist.wtf

set realmlist PRIVATESERVER.DNS.COM

Remove: set patchlist eu/us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com (cause it will make you patch up)

And your done

I've tried it: Only replace the old "Repair" file, not also "Wow.exe". In the EU folder you have "Repairtoto": rename it in "Repair" and replace this file with the old one in the WoW Folder. After this, launch Repair.exe, it will says "Your wow is very damaged, so you must downgrade at 2.0.0." Wait. :D

I am trying to downgrade from 3.3.5a to 3.2.2a do you have the repair.exe because I've googled it and it's nowhere to be found.

Didn't work.

Tring to go from 3.2.0 to 2.4.3.

I have the Vanilla & BC discs. When I install it puts me at 3.2.0. Then it tries to patch up to 4.x.x, I stop it and I'm stuck at 3.2.0. I just want to downgrade and play on a 2.4.3 server.

@supreamrecon if u delete patch.mpq in ur data folder and use the repair u already had (not the one in this video) it will downgrade ur version to 3.0.1 or 3.0.0

then delete it again and use the repair of this video, it should work then ;)
