how do you get it off the cutting board without it falling apart or getting icy everywere?

@ATearWillShed We know this can be tricky! Be sure to use a long off set spatula as shown in the video or a long wide metal pancake turner and carefully lift the cake onto your serving board. It also will help to refirgerated the cake 30 minutes to firm up the frosting before transferring. You will need to do some touch up of the frosting but this should help. Good luck and happy baking!
