Doug's Regal GSX

Available as a dealer options from SLP performance packages for the Buick Regal GS the package includes updated GSX emblems,dual exaust,a upgraded cold air intake system,smaller supercharger pulley,high performance pcm,and larger wheels an tires for more grip G.M. claimed this package gives the GSX 270hp. I would say considering my upgrades on my on car which are about the same as the GSX they are right on the money with that rating. it may even be abit low I'm at about 280 with the 3.5 pulley.

@meatman310 hey i read your comment and i thought you might apreatiate hearing this. my dad owns a small custom car shop not really well known yet. but we both love the 3800 and he went to school from transmisson dovelopent and has been working on creating a 6 speed stick for these cars. he built a five speed last year but geared way to close chirped the tires every gear and topped at 110 but damn did it get to top end quick

Great cars, really great! I squeezed my 2000 GTP coupe down the track @ 14.0 with drag radials! 2.0 60ft off idle! Fast car 10 years ago without a doubt! I ate ricers all over the place and busted up more then a handful of Mustangs and even spooked a few LS1 cars. I BOW my head to them SC3800 cars! The only thing that holds that drivetrain back is the gearing/ and the fact thats its FWD!

I have a 2000 Buick Regal Gs. It has the Grand Prix Dual Exhaust and a Cone Filter instead of the box. I ran the 1/4 @ 14.811

MPH ...74.02

1000 ... 12.403

1/4 ... 14.811

MPH ... 93.61

Tires weren't that good. lots of wheelspin on launch. I'm sure i could've pulled a 14.5-14.7 with better tires same setup.

A stage 3 GSX with a 2.0 60 ft in good temps is a 14.0 car.

Considering that the factory GS runs a 14.7 sec 1\4 mile, I would say the GSX should be high 13's to low 14'sec in 1/4 mile from the factory

Check out my set up. But yours still sounds good. Just do from the motor back, 2 1/2 Inch Manderel bends, trust me on this.
