Not ANY other producer, but DJ Premier is the best producer ever. Hands down. Followed by the RZA. Followed by whoever (my personal choice for 3rd is Dr.Dre, but not everyone like G-Funk)

On "Jay Stay Paid", you'll hear this beat with Phat Kat rhyming over it (Digi-Dirt). the only difference REALLY between the two is the vocals/scratching and possibly slight sonic discrepancies.
Regardless the album was made out of old DAT files and such of Dilla's. So yes, it's Dilla's.
