@SirLaughsAL0t Very true. Only people that were looting, were the criminals that escaped from the national prison that collapsed during the earthquake. Neighbors banded together to protect each other and their property from the criminals.

@THEHAITIAN1804: This is not only the perception of youtube viewers. The media consistently differentiated between whites and blacks in the Katrina tragedy with those same words.
When whites were videotaped scouring for food & water, it was "desperate survival"; blacks doing the same were "looting".
