One of the early trips to Jeddo 7, lite engines run to the mine, pick up the loads and return to Tamaqua where the train is recrewed for the trip to North Reading to be weighed. Shortly after they depart, a culm train bound for Nesquehoning passes the station.

  • Love the ALCO's !!!! best sounding diesel ever..

  • @amk1786 I love ALCOs too, but those aren't ALCOS. They are ex-CR U23B's made by GE. And the purple thingy is a CF-7

  • Do you film all your videos, they are excellent in quality and especially content, you don't just sit along a busy mainline next to a crossing filming at ground level, these have outstanding filming and editing.

  • @Baileygeep7 All of the content on my you tube page is my own filming/editiing. Thank you for your comments.

  • In frame 4:40 is that a Wye track? Nice video!!

    Len.

  • Yes, it is a wye. It is located in Hazleton, west of the old station site. I believe there are now buildings in the foreground which block the view from the parking lot where I took the video from.
