@DTXplorerDrummer thanks for the info... but i'm sure the drum-set will suit my needs just fine... I have a Mapex Saturn drumset which i use for band practice, but I just need something to have here at home for convinience..

hi there, I intend to buy a DTXplorer Drumset but I read that there are very poor expansion capabilities... but here It looks like you've added an extra cymbal and another pad... how are the expansion capabilities for the DTXplorer kit?

I definately would think it over b4 buying it. While I LOVE the kit, the only two downfalls of it IS the expansion and the MIDI capability. You can add ONE item to the set (albeit a cymbal with two zones). But I would love to add the 3 zone snare, but can't. I recommend spending a little more and getting the higher up model. JMHO.
