  • The definitions have to be done in the case speech. Usually, only a couple of words need specific definitions. So, before giving the value and criteria, any necessary definitions should be offered.

Sometimes an entire debate round will center on a definition. Sometimes people say "My definition is better because its from Black's Law Dictionary." or whatever.

    Definitions are important.

  • Or maybe the first video should just start with a short definition-section... Then the speakers 6 min. begins

  • I think that the first speaker... "the affirmative" must be given a small video where he simply defines his words. Example: "What do I mean with the word/term "Mature adulthood". This will ensure that everyone is clear on the semantics. It is a good way to make sure that time isnt wasted with simple misunderstanding.
