The panther cars are very reliable and also good on gas. where you get your facts from? The Probe is also a Mazda. so that proves your just trying to name off all the fords you can. stop making up shit.

Crown Vics are not known for bad transmissions. I know because I did exhaustive research on this car before I bought one. My last two Fords were Tauruses with of course "shifty" transmissions. Now that I've owned this one for a while I can tell you first hand this is the best car on the road. FORD DID THIS ONE RIGHT.

350 hp out of a 4.6 should be easy without a supercharger...
-
@Netduke another thing you got to remember is that torque is what moves the car and 400 foot pounds is decent power for a car that size and weight
-
Dude I didnt even know these were out there!
-
its about time ford id something with the crown vic, the armored car for north of $80K is ridiculous, tho
-
all the people talking about putting m112s on vics, there is a kit made by tork tech that allows you to do just that. The eaton from a cobra wont fit unless you buy the kit though.
-
about 50 of them
-
How many Kenny Brown P2 Panther's where made?
-
hypothetically, could you drop the mp112 on a P71 interceptor? or the CV LX sport?
-
the mp112 is the one made for that motor
350hp... would have expected a lot more from a blown 4.6

This was the stock 239 hp SOHC 4.6 that comes in the regular Crown Vic and Grand Marquis. The Kenny Brown Marauder which has 302 hp DOHC 4.6 goes to 450 hp with the blower.
