You're Awesome Victoria!!! This will be a staple workout for me. I'll have to start slow, but i will do the entire workout eventually. My endurance sucks. Gotta work on that. Plus working out..........not one of my most favorite things in the world, but its gotta be done. Luv ya guys!!! Keep up the great work and videos!

Excellent! I'm going to try this out at home today. This work is pretty similar to an On-demand cardio video that I have been doing. That is much longer though. This seems to save me some valuable time.

I think what you are doing is great. Did you do any sort of testing to figure out how much muscle you lost during the juice feast? Where is the study regarding the metabolic 36 hour boost from this workout? i believe I have read the afterburn effect is very debatable for any workout. resistance workouts tend to burn longer if at all. Since this workout includes large muscles and groups, it would qualify as far as I am concerned.

@mikecazzx I didn't specifically test but I would say I lost very little muscle. I lost 7 kilos in total which was very noticably fat and waste from within the body. I don't know where you would find this study. the workout and information regarding it was passed to me by another personal trainer.

I just did this workout along side of Victoria, and I am still out of breath!!! WOW, I didn't realize how out of shape I was until I did this work out!! You both are awesome!!
