Oh wait, i made some epic confusion in my last comment.. i though i was in a Slipknot video for a second. Man, i fail...
Still, you're right, Slipknot changed their style quite a bit on different albuns. But i still think they are mainly Nu Metal, it's not bad though.

@TheRagnarokmech i got to say thats bullshit. slipknot have never been anything like death metal. and slipknot cant be that bad, considering they're an internationally known band. and death metal aint all screaming. it's mainly gorwls. you want screams, you listen to deathcore.

@brecciwolf depends what slipknot album though. iowa was nu-metal. subliminal verses was goth rock. but deathstars are industrial gothic metal. very different from slipknot.
