Look at the long pause from the questioner (1min18sec). The reason for the incredulous pause is because Tenet just told him he never briefed the President during the month of August-never even saw him. When it was already public knowledge that he had flown down to Texas to personally meet the president in late August. It was on the white house's own web site.........

Tenet was in on briefings of Condi Rice on urgent warnings of an imminent al Qaeda attack given 5/30 and 7/10. Cofer Black, who was also there, said "We did everything but pull the trigger to the gun we were holding to her head."
