  • @shonuffisthemaster I have chard for steels and i have knives from 154cm it is litle bit better not as much as it would made different. not sure if it can take mirror finish just like 440c. Some care for it some dont again it is matter of opnion and becouse of that u can push people do what u like! I like stick on sports cars automatic on everything else. But prefere motorcycles.Dont realy care for toyotas. As far as steel cpm 3v for me.Dont complain abouth price. i also have good knives under$50

  • @SENGVIN

No, I like Toyotas from the 70's and 80's. Had to look Buster up, not bad but overpriced, how about Murray Carter, NWA, Dozier, etc. - making superb users for UNDER $500 There are so many steels around now, why make a knife out of inferior steel like 440C? Even if it is properly heat treated / cryo'd, 154CM, ZDP-189, BG-42, etc, would still be better choices, I only have carbon knives though, just like I only drive stick. He should care about UC because his name is on those knives!

  • @shonuffisthemaster Do u know Buster Warenski his knives did start at $3000 back than. He is one of the best of the best. You don't have to like his design but he also did use 440C,and many others are using it. With Mr. Hibben u have two choices 440C or D2 .And of course it is matter of taste and if u can afford it. Do u like Ferrari or porsch? They are both good but each has a different price tag. He has a lot of usable knives and a lot just for decoration.UC why would he care about that?

  • @SENGVIN

Your right, I should not go around insulting people I don't know, I've heard he is quite a nice guy and I apologize. I do dislike his knife designs and the materials he uses, and think the decisions he has made as to who will represent him by making reproductions (united cutlery) is a poor choice. I think a $1500 knife that is made of 440C is outrageous, I also feel that most of his designs have little practical use. I would honestly pick a $10 mora over most of his custom knives.

  • @shonuffisthemaster Now why would u say that ? He is one of the best knife makers living today!!! But this is obviously not his knife (Design yes) this has to be united cutlery reproduction knife.

  • how i get here?

  • is it a rat tang or like 1/2 full tang (i think its called push tang?) cool video and knife anyway :)

  • note to file: NEVER steel from this guy!

    haha

  • Lol, this guy kinda sounds like Dane Cook
