it really is illegal because of all the glare.i have a 10k kit on my car and people install lots of illegal things on cars for money.they dont care if you get in trouble for it as long as you pay them.they dont look bad at all..ive seen plenty of cars with them and they look good and change the way a car looks alot-makes them look expensive

No...its not illegal...anything above 12000K is illegal...where i live...a lot of people have HID conversion kits...they aren't illegal...why do you think they would sell them and shops would install them?
