yo clam down i been watching athletics a long time before this race probably longer then u. i ment only for 2 reasons first cus he was so far ahead of everyone u would have expected a faster time. and second he is a drugy so u would think he would have gotten a faster time

there wasn't a sub-10 racer to challenge him (he wasn't pushed) and this was the first race of the year for Gatlin. Drugs or not, sprinters will not run anywhere near their PB's at the beginning of the season

He's a prick, and always will be. Not because he took drugs, but because he didn't admit to it when he was caught.

He comes out with the same bullshit excuse that they all do when they get caught, of not knowing how his testosterone levels got ot be 1000000 times higher than what they should have been. He denied clean athletes their moment, and still hasnt learnt from his mistakes by continuing to bury his head in the sand.

At least Dwain Chambers faced up to his mistakes like a man

I am of the view that drugs did not in anyways enhance Gatlin, he has/had one of the most beautiful (nest to Cral Lewis) running styles I have ever seen, that long stride and 'interesting' arm swinging motion, he tested positive for excessive levels of testestosterone (a naturally occuring steroid), what is a shame is that now in his comeback he seems to have put on muscle (from NFL training I assume) and is no longer as graceful as he once, there's still time so hopefully he returns to form.

@ANZO89 bolt ran a 19.56 for his first 200m this season. Gatkin was never in bolt's league drugged or not.
