@Luciferminusone the reason behind the flicker is the person recording the projection has a camera that is too slow to capture the fps, better known as frames per second. The projector has a much faster fps than the persons camera thus you get that flicker effect. The reason why you don't notice the flickering when you ride the ride is because your eyes are able to keep up with the fps better than an camera ever could.

this was a blessed relaxing experiance after trooping around the corner to get into California Adventure, as remodel is in effect. but as always... every attraction is too short, there should be a grand happy ending like splash mountain has.

Why do all the videos have the ride screen flicker like that at the top? Is it like that on the ride or is it YouTube dumbing down the quality during upload?
