1. Clap Push Ups - 15
2. Bosu Jump Squats - 25
3. Bench 2 Arm Rows - 15 (40lb DB's)
4. Side Stride Touch Downs - 25
5. 1 Arm 1 Leg Press - 15/side (30lb DB's)
6. Plank Up Downs - 25 alternating
7. Side Plank Dip Swiss Ball - 15/side
8. Back Toe Up Lunge Curl - 10/side (30lb DB's)
9. Triceps Up Down Bosu - 25 alternating
10. Kick Burpee with Bosu Raise - 25
Lower the weights and modify exercises as needed.
Thirty minutes is top shelf (Tim and Kirk's time) so if you can do it in 45, you're doing great!
