The title is actually 'Drive'. 'Drive My Car' is a different song. But it's still great! :)

It's pretty simple. He uses the thump on his chest to switch between partials or overtones. Instrumental musicians do it all the time through articulation - especially on brass instruments. Not trying to take away from his talent. He certainly has it. Just trying to demystify the OMG-ers.
