After ten years of war in Iraq and Afghanistan, there's a less-noticed casualty: military children. Many endure years with an absent parent and go to schools in poor condition, an investigation by iWatch News shows. Since World War II, every president has violated the War Powers act which gives congress authority to declare war, not the president. They seem to have forgotten about the constitution. Their policy is shoot first, ask questions later. The time has come for people to take the power back.

That video proves nothing. There is no cited source, no evidence, just a number pulled out of a hat. The statistic itself proves nothing regardless. Casualties of war? Which wars? Fought by who? Did you know that most wars in Africa are fought by civilians? Did you know that the Taliban shoots civilians? Are those counted in "casualties of war"? Useless statistic misrepresented to prove a illegitimate point.

OK look i am a military kid, my mother had been gone for more then half of my birthdays, i hate that but that is her job.
