Ingredients (serves 4)

4 (about 150g each) veal steaks
3 1/2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 x 250g punnet grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 red capsicum, deseeded, coarsely chopped
1/2 small red onion, coarsely chopped
Olive oil spray
1 tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 x 400g cans cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lemon juice
2 tbs coarsely chopped fresh continental parsley
Steamed green beans, to serve

I do this with Kangaroo and its fantastic. I love Roo meat, its so lean, easy to cook and very cheap. :)

alot of people say it tastes like chicken but it sooooo doesnt. Its just like a rich beef taste. I love roo and will be cooking later in the month when Nicko does his Aussie Food Special for Australia Day!! Thanks Mistress :)

@robjnixon I don't think anyone, retarded or not, could say kangaroo tastes like chicken. I think kangaroo is a mix between dog meat and beef. Crocodile tastes like chicken, squid and crab with a texture exactly like that. It's the best meat I've eaten.
