Seamus you dont need to be a certain level to use the speeders passing by you. they are transport which you can access by talking to the robot entitled transport. like so he can see

ssoh just some advise from an mmo player. when u get a quest that requires 2+ or w/e 10+ ect. ask the peopel around you. chances are they are looking for people to do it with also.
