I often think that we must go against human nature to get a lot of things that are beneficial to us. This seems odd, but freedom is not human nature as you say, however it would benefit us all.
Technology that alters our lifestyle and convenience is also going against human nature, however people don't object to it. After all, it is beneficial to us.
I have the same views on freedom. We must actually suspend our own nature and prejudices to acquire it.

i found freedom in art of one's own creations...free to write poems ...draw whatever one likes...no selfish rules etc...but yourself is a rule.....there many rules ...good or bad depends whether you get benefit from it...if there is someone or people make rules to benefit all kinds people ...there you go...especially rules to protect the minors...fair enough...oh~that's justice and freedom...

The issue with 'true' freedom is that certain members of a social construct will always seek to control other members for their own benefit, no matter what the cost. Interesting video nonetheless

'Rights' are something you have to fight for, if they are not GIVEN right away or later on.
With rights come power, and with power comes CONTROL.
Freedom is quite the contrary; the more you have, the less control.
Complete freedom is non-existence, essentially.
Chaos cannot hold form, and that's what freedom is in its pure state.

Then tell me what or where it is so I can see it for myself.

The very fact that restriction of freedom exists presupposes the fact that freedom exists first. Therefore it is freedom that is inherent, and restriction that comes as a byproduct.
I understand what he's saying in that freedom is opposed to human nature, because human nature is to organize into leaders and followers. But I think that it's less extreme than he thinks: Freedom isn't black-and-white. It works in degrees. On one end of the scale, you impinge on other people's right to life if you want to exercise your right to kill them. I think there's a balance between the freedoms of the individual versus the freedom of the masses. It's a razor edge, but it exists.

@PeruvianCactus Read the context of the entire conversation & you will 'see what I mean'.
Of course it sounds 'retarded' to someone who would rather defend their 'perceived' freedom, than actually stand to stop the fuckedness of this world in order to ensure freedom for ALL.
The question that isn't being asked in your comment is WHY your cousin Bobby raped & murdered someone in the first place - why/how does rape and murder exist in this world? and why do we have a system that allows this?
