As much as I have enjoyed watching all of you post comments over the past few months. There are a few things I would like to clarify.
1. It was a training video used for recreational fitness boxers to show them variety they can put into heavy bag work.
2. I was out of season and had a hangover on the the day of filming the video, which again was light hearted demonstartion of how to mix up bag work for the fitness boxer.
3. Get over yourselfs - It's only a video!
