Very well done. What plug-in did you use for the effect? Is it a 3D plugin that can be used with motion tracking software, like Boujou?

Think simpler. No 3d tracking required. I hung a small ball from a thread in front of him and tracked my effect to it. No need fo rit to be terribly accurate, it's a big blurry distortion. No special plug-ins, all built-in AE stuff. Fractal noise, various blend modes, displacement mapping, and roto on him at the start of the shot.
