  • hey man, nice pull ups and nice time but complete your press. the overhead press ends in FULL extension about the base of support (heels or ears). Big big difference.

  • Hey man, good job, like the others say, you got to get the head through. and should ground the bar in between sets.

  • gotta push that head through the arms after you thrust upwards and lockout.

  • Yes, 95lbs as rx'd for men, 65lbs for women.

  • Pullups are obviously body weight, but are the thrusters the same weight for any guy who does the WOD?
