If nobody needed them, people wouldn't be building them. I use a number of aggregators that aggregate aggregators. Twitter apps are for the birds (pun intended), but that's hardly news to anyone.

It's not about marketing advice or making money. It's about not building crappy web apps that nobody needs (like one that "tweets tweets tweeted to twitter"), and instead building stuff that actually matters.

This sounds more like an infomercial than an inspirational talk. There's some sound marketing advice, but it's like: wtf? Take your own advice and go build something besides a web 2.0 marketing firm that's all about "viral" marketing to advance "causes". Ugh.
