  • Well duh, of course the "leaving dock" scene was amazing, it was reused footage from the first film. You gotta admit, even if you consider Wrath of Khan a better movie, The Motion Picture had spectacular special effects.

  • 2:48-2:51 -- Horner definitely sef-quoted that one in his Aliens score. See "Ripley's Rescue". Even so, Aliens has to be one of my favorite scores of all times. The man's a genius.
