  • I haven't touched a weight for 2 yrs ac joint always in pain thank god I still have music check my channel :)

  • are these exercises appropriate for a class III separation?

  • I tore my supraspinatus tendon, shredded my biceps tendon, tore my acromioclavicular ligament (plus a SLAP 2 tear and a Bony Bankart).

    Had surgery.

Have been in PT for some months.

Have been viewing shoulder rehab videos and reading various articles on the web.

For anyone with a AC ligament injury, it's definitely good to read everything you can find. But, this is one of the best explanations of AC joint injury and rehab that I've found.

    Good work.

  • Hey, i injured my shoulder and got a 1st degree ac shoulder separation. It has been about 2 to 3 weeks since injuring it. When will the bone in my shoulder go down. I am able to move it pretty well, but my full strength is not there yet.
