Hey, i injured my shoulder and got a 1st degree ac shoulder separation. It has been about 2 to 3 weeks since injuring it. When will the bone in my shoulder go down. I am able to move it pretty well, but my full strength is not there yet.
I haven't touched a weight for 2 yrs ac joint always in pain thank god I still have music check my channel :)
