Hey! It's said everywhere I should be doing 12 sets on bigger muscle parts as chest and back, legs and then 8 at smaller ones like biceps, triceps... do you agree? since sometimes my muscles are not fully wasted... should I do so to speak burnout workouts? till the last repetition?
