um it does care if you dance on carpet on carpet i can barely do a double but once im on a hard surface like the floors in my classroom i can do a triple

Actually, I've danced on carpet creates more friction and can slow you down a bit. You would probably have to use a little more "force."

you know how many times ive danced on carpet? danceing on carpet makes no difference in how much force you take.
