When I wrote "it's like NDE" I meant it just like description of people having near deathe experience, where first see a tunnel and they hale upwards to the ligt untill they just see light, and many things I didn't see in this one. I just felt the tunnel, the light, & total white light filled of peace and ease. Trully is wonderful. This is my first experience, I didn't have to envision white light, it just came to me automatically as he was counting from 10 to 1. Anyone with the same experience?

You guys, I've been medateting as often as I could since sometime in 2010, and I've felt peace and comfort many times. I thank medation for the peace in my life, however - this one was way out there for me. As he was counting down to one, it started with a total blackness as I closed my eyes to follow this meditatio. And when he came to four, the blackness changed from black to a white light. And as I got deeper and deeper into it, it surrounded my body and I was in it. It's like NDE, beautiful!

@jamesg2205 I agree. I still found the video as a whole helpful and relaxing but I was a little bit uncomfortable with that as although I'm perfectly accepting of people with faith I myself aren't religious and find it hard to visualise a light of God.
