This certainly lacks the intensity of the live sung version...but she had throat problems and she has put Paris on all but one of her tours (Virgin tour). It isn't like Sydney, Bucharest, Moscow, Seattle or Vancouver where she's only ever gone to once.

but madonna started singing live this song when th tour kicked off in us, and later in south america, australia and japan, just check the 2 official recordings (sidney / fukoaka).
who knows why she lipsynched in the first dates...
now, the girlie show was a huge undertaken, not as big as the blonde ambition tour, but very demanding in vocals
