Eye of the Killer 1/10

NOTE: SORRY FOR THE CAPS BUT SOME DO NOT UNDERSTAND OTHERWISE e.e I KNOW THAT THE AUDIO IS OFF. I am getting better though it is by a second! XD

Eye of the Killer also known as After Alice is a film that uses a lot of Alice key elements. A detective down on his luck after his biggest case. The jabberwocky serial killer. I LOVE this movie ever since I first saw it on TV. For years I hunted it down but the thing was ..when it was released on DVD it was given another name. As most movies were that were literally unheard of. When I saw it ..the movie was called AFTER ALICE. Which held more true to the movie elements such as Alice being killed and there was a Jabberwocky murderer. When it was released on DVD it was called Eye of the Killer...again used a very light key element of the movie. The detective is given second sight after chasing a 'white rabbit' and falling down a 'rabbit hole' and hit his head.

There is death in this movie but no gore nor blood that I noticed. It is a thriller tale of the kind and can be viewed easily in the PG 13 rating. To me that rings true that less is more. But do not get me wrong I do love a good gore-fest from time to time. But a detective movie really has no place with that.

I encourage to buy this movie for your collection. Easily at half.ebay.com it is three bucks. Anywhere else... easily 3-5 dollars a pop. Really not a bad deal at all including shipping and handling.

I found it mediocre but watchable. It's far from "dark," trust me. More like meandering and unusual but it's not graphic or gritty

I saw this on as a late night movie once and was intrigued by the Alice themes early on and Keifer being the lead actor. I think it was a little too dark for my personal taste, but it wasn't completely horrible.
