A super rare, Beach Boys' style hot rod surf song. You can listen it on the hard-to-find original 1964 LP "Little Honda featuring GTO" (Wyncote Records) or in the "Re-Search Incredibly strange music Vol. 1" album (Caroline Records, 1993).
THE SCRAMBLERS were really just Studio musicians and singers and probably some office people at CAMEO RECORDS, the parent company to the Wyncote Label ~ they were known for releasing Budget style LP's such as this one. Fun to collect, and not usually found for the low price of 99 cents these days -
Gives me shivers hearing this. I used to listen to it as a little kid in the mid seventies. The album was given to me by the daughter of the lady who ran the private daycare I went to. This track, Ridin' the Rails, Little Honda, GTO and that red WYNCOTE label!!!
You could also buy the Woofers' album, "Dragsville." It's easier to find
