BMX Bikes : How to Bunny Hop

In order to bunny hop on a BMX bike, start by practicing getting the front tire over objects, and after this is mastered, work on moving the weight forward and scooping the back tire up with the feet. Put all of the bunny hop motions together with help from an employee of a bicycle shop in this free video on doing bunny hops on BMX bikes.

I just cannot lift my back wheel up. My BMX is a URATA Steel alloy bike. It just cannot pick up the back wheel even the "J" motion is done. Pls help
