The sins of the world were paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross. John Lennon was shot because we live in a fallen world, not because God is a petty God who has to prove how strong he is by killing people. Please re-examine your beliefs. You are not helping our cause as Christians with these kinds of videos. Please read 2 Corinthians 5:18-19. God has not imputed sin to the world because of Christ. Our part is to believe and share the good news to save souls.

I don't think that gay marriage is bad. I think that it's the persons choice on what to do with their life unless they are hurting themselves, or anybody else. Whatever makes them happy, people should support them on it. I also disagree with you on Lennon. God is a gracious, merciful, and forgiving God, but God wouldn't just have a person put to death just because he said one foolish thing about Him! He also did take an interest into God and confessed his faith just shortly before his death. J

Lennon was killed shortly after he took an apparent interest in God. (See "Help Me to Help Myself" off Double Fantasy 2001 re-release.) Lennon also said he was tithing 10 percent in an interview shortly before his death.

We don't know why God's soverign will allowed Lennon to be shot. To make the assumption, that it was because he made a foolish statement 15 years prior is not appropriate.

Now in Acts, there is a good example of somsone who killed right on the spot because what they did.
