Polls have opened in Jordan, with two and a half million voters about to elect a new Parliament. There are one-hundred-and-10 seats up for grabs in the lower house. Control of the country is expected to remain in the hands of tribal groups due to the way the electoral system is set up. But as David Chater reports, the main opposition party is hoping to make an impact.
