Leeds Trinity & All Saints alumnus Gervase Phinn, former schools inspector turned author and raconteur, made a welcome return to his alma mater this week to deliver a talk full of his customary wit and wisdom to a delighted audience.
The visit coincides with the award by Leeds Trinity of an Honorary Life Fellowship to Gervase, who was one of the first cohort of students when the college opened in 1966, graduating with a Bachelor of Education in 1970.
