I gathered the stories of children who lost their lives at the hands of their abusers from various news sources. All of these children were killed in the US in February 2011 alone. I hope that seeing such terrible stories from such a short period of time will show the world how frighteningly common and horrific child abuse really is. I also hope to preserve the stories of these children, for they can not be forgotten. Thank you for watching.

Thank you so, so much for putting your time & efforts into this. I have become more aware this year of all of the reports of child abuse deaths. Where the hell was I? I feel quite badly that I am really just becoming aware myself. I have been doing a lot of research over the past month or so and am becoming more and more horrified of what is going on. I have been signing lots of online petitions and posting links to various articles, such as your very tasteful video. Thank you again for this.

I have left many posts on my thoughts and angered feelings on what & how I feel about this UNFORGIVABLE CRIME committed on these innocent little ones. I would like to THANK the uploader for such a beautiful tribute, although so sad. It must have been very heart wrenching for you & I appreciate your effort. There really need to be harsher punishments set in place for these 'offenders' and NO MORE EXCUSES and protection for them ...I am SICK of it!

@xChinoXxL Sorry, dude. You're wrong. In many cases, child abuse is conditioned behavior. It is passed down from generation to generation. The abuser thinks of his or her behavior as "normal child-raising" because it is the type of abuse he or she experienced as a child.

The death penalty has been proven to be ineffective as a deterrent for crime. In countries where the death penalty is still in practice, the crime rates for capital crime is much higher than in countries where it is not.
