I forgot to mention how important exercise is. You get rid of toxins through sweat & it helps the blood circulate better. Needless to say, you must wash your face afterwards. LOL

I never had acne THAT bad, but my face was pretty fucked. I went nearly raw (I still eat lean meat) & my skin has cleared up considerably. Avoiding sugar & high fructose corn syrup helps a great deal as well!

This is true, once I started eating lots of whole grains, raw fruit and vegetables and eliminated most of the processed foods like flour products, also pasturized milk and most of the meat my skin became a lot more cleaner, now acne is a pretty rare thing for me.
