This is a track day at Castle Combe. I'm not going to even try to claim I could keep up with the Noble, but I was very pleased that he couldn't get away.

The car is an Imported Eunos Roadster (Mk1 Mazda MX5) 1.6, manual gearbox, fitted with hand controls (I am a Right Leg Amputee).

  • 411 at the wheels.

  • @c14udo I have around 100 at the wheels, no wonder I couldn't keep up!

  • Awsome driving dude!!!

  • @VladanUmicevic Thank you! I look back on it and think it was a bit rough round the edges, If i were to do it again today my lines would be very different, hopefully a bit smoother and quicker!

  • Hi great vid, as a fellow amputee (left leg) trying to get into track day/drift day could you tell me what hand controls you use and what pros and cons you've found plz? I'm thinking of going for a duck clutch.

  • @cmdw100 The Pros are its cheaper than a Duck Clutch, the cons are that I feel like I don't have quite as much control when right on the limit as you are whanging the wheel about with one hand (I'm still a safe driver, honest!). For you I would suggest the duck clutch is perfect. One of the most annoying things is that because I drive with hand controls for throttle and brake I am only allowed to drive cars fitted with this system. Your way= manual+duck clutch OR auto, which would be much better
