Sounds like a ton of BS to me. There is no secret loophole. Anyone who takes the time to learn about SEO can easily discover what works and what will get you banned in the search engines.
All fluff and no substance here. I give away SEO tips on my hubpages for free that do work, with proof too, for competitive keywords that most likely blows away anything this guy is trying to sell you. Google "MyWebs Hubpages" and go have a read. Or Google "Effective Keyword Usage" and look for my hub #4
