Pre- Power conditioning to strengthen your core. This drill is to strengthen your abductors (Inside Thighs) which you will certainly feel the most when learning Flares, but is also used to generate power in Windmills.

  • This drill is to build strength in one of the main muscles that is used to generate your momentum. If your generator muscles are strong than your power will improve.
