  • I actually bought an All American 19 quart canner last year. I have yet to use it. I think I am scared. But I am going to use it to do chicken, like you showed. I got my monster canner on Ebay for 219.00. I had to fight for it, but I think it was worth it considering that I priced that size out later and found out it retails for well over $400.00. WOW! Thanks for the info on the extra stuff, I'm going to do that!

  • OMGosh -- I am imagining all that good stuff you make on your channel in jars!!! : ) Are you getting anxious for Spring and getting back to the garden? I AM!!!!

  • Who did you say was running a series of videos on canning? Thanks so much. This was a very helpful overview. Love your videos.

  • Kim, from the Homestead Acres channel.

She's done jam, peas, and zucchini so far.
